This was a classic example of a company sinking significant amounts of money into the administration and licensing of (sometimes buggy) Microsoft software. Over time, we are replacing Port Internet's servers with best-of-breed Open Source solutions including web. mail, ftp, firewall, router, dns, spam & virus filtering, and even radius (dial-up).
